Function of the Preparation lines
The Purpose of preparation is to remove the oxide coating on the surface and coat the surface with borax to lower the possibility of producing broken filament and wire fracture .This will also extend the life of the drawing die and improve the speed of the drawing to finish the work smoothly.

Turret-type Pay-off Rack, Mechanical Descaling Machine, Electrolysis Pickling Tank, Cold Water Rinsing Tank, Boronation Tank, Drying Box.
TURRET-TYPE PAY OFF RACK
The machine will pay off the wires automatically if the wire rod is in order. When the wire jumbling is produced, a dead-stop device is provided to stop the machine to avoid snapping the wire rod. Each preparation line is equipped with two turret-type pay off racks to enable changing the wire rod without stopping the machine.
